Achievement Levels

What are the achievement levels?

Endurance riding is a long road. The achievement levels mark your progress along it.

ForgedRider achievement stack in miles, showing Legend, Master, Journeyman, Apprentice levels and 1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 mile distance rockers ForgedRider achievement stack in kilometres, showing Legend, Master, Journeyman, Apprentice levels and 1,600 / 4,000 / 8,000 / 16,000 / 40,000 km distance rockers

Your level rocker sits at the top of your patch. Distance rockers stack below as you earn them.

Four Levels

Every certified rider starts as Apprentice. To advance, both your ride count AND total distance must clear the next level's gates:

Your tier is the highest level where both gates have cleared.

Why both gates matter

A rider who completes 2 enormous 1,000 mi / 1,600 km rides (2,000 mi / 3,200 km total) has crossed the Apprentice distance gate, but they only have 2 rides, they're still Apprentice. They move up only when they hit their 3rd certified ride and move above the 2,500 mi / 4,000 km mark.

A rider who completes 25 minimum-distance rides of 250 mi / 400 km each (6,250 mi / 10,000 km total) has crossed the Legend ride count but only cleared the Journeyman distance gate. They're a Journeyman, not a Legend.

Both gates exist because endurance is a combination of two things: how far can you go (a single hard ride), and how often can you go (consistency over years). Levels reward both.

Level rocker vs distance rocker

Each level has its own top rocker that ships with your patch or sticker, Apprentice, Journeyman, Master, or Legend. You receive a new top rocker only when both level gates clear.

Your distance rockers (bottom rockers on your patch) are independent of your level. They're earned purely at lifetime mileage milestones (1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 mi or 1,600 / 4,000 / 8,000 / 16,000 / 40,000 km).

What you get at each level

Each level has its own visual identity that ships with your patch or sticker. As you cross levels, your profile within ForgedRider updates and your physical recognition reflects the new tier.

You don't lose ground. Your level is your highest achieved tier, even if you take a few years off, your Master patch is still your Master patch.
